Can't wait until they find out what large stretches of mirrored walls end up doing in a desert..
There will be a line of burnt/melted animals along the sides of the thing -_-

Though TBH I'm sure it happens in many other, if not all other industries as well. The frequency in which it happens however, would vary quite a bit.

Even the QA tester in can make over 100k a year with intro roles at 70k... so yea; They're doing alright on that end.
It seems like they want to 'be heard' more and 'have a seat at the table' with management more than anything related to pay or abuse of any kind, which is just as understandable IMO.
>We want management to respect our ideas and our commitment to improving our company and our industry. A union gives us a seat at the table and will help us create the conditions that will allow us to build careers here and not hop from job to job hoping that things will be better at the next place. Nothing will get better unless we work together to make it better.”

Yea, I could see maybe people into photography liking it perhaps... but also I would think people into photography would prefer using an actual camera for that stuff.
If it simply turns out to be a replacement for digital zoom and works out well, robust and clear, I'm down... but if it's something special/fancy; Nah.

Damn, so not only the title, but the first few paragraphs is misleading af. That's like saying 'I used a $20 device to do X'... after attaching it to my $500 Y.
Garbage article.

It triangulates Wi-Fi signals, that's all. It does not detect anything visual or even physical, just where sources of Wi-Fi signals are. It does this by seeing the difference in amplitude/strength of the signal depending on where it moves.
It's cool that they bought a drone with Wi-Fi for $20 and the fact they're so cheap now, but beyond that... nothing here is new or even clever.

Like, at the time or purchase before they get home? Or to test out something they found at a garage sale, etc.?
I certainly can see potential uses; I'm just wondering what you had in mind.

100%: You need a proper charger, one that monitors the charge and knows when to stop.
And yea, this obviously doesn't apply to just bikes, it applies to all of those types of batteries.
