Reply to Why dont people talk about Tbills, Bonds, and CD's anymore? I remember my grandmother who was an accountant had tons of paper bonds for me when i turned 18. by [deleted]
I have a tbill ladder going on and I think it's pretty sexy! 😂
I also have I bonds and I'm super happy with the return from Sept and Oct last year for my wife and I plus gifts for each other. I plan on holding these for a while as an emergency fund. I'll continue to evaluate as rates change but I'll be getting my full 15 months out.

Why isn't roth or 401k an option? Hsa?
A taxable account would be your last option if you really couldn't do the above but not many people only have 5k a year to invest and can't do the above. There are exceptions but usually if you have maxed out income limits you have more than 5k to put in.

Reply to Is it just me, or is a a Market Makers' role in Order/Execution/Settlement confusing? Question: The CEO of Webull talked about their Market Maker, saying: "We're able to buy a share without driving up the stock 10% every time?" What does this work with Price Discovery & Supply & Demand? by ringingbells

Ya. I'm slowly DCAing into equities but I keep telling myself that there's another leg down and I'm making a mistake. 😂
