I use it several times a month, and haven't had an issue (thankfully) ever.

Occasionally, while commuting north, they stop for a bit to switch out drivers by the North Avenue stop which can cause a brief delay, but it's nothing awful.

Definitely download the Transit app to find out when the next trains are coming. Saves me a lot of time and headache.

While it's somewhat relieving it would be a 'green space' (although I'm not exactly sure what a prayer garden rendering entails or how it contributes to the neighborhood -- will it be public or private?), those buildings are beautiful and I wish they could be retained somehow.
