@notsecondlife on Instagram is somewhat of a reincarnation.

Also worth trying the List Arts building at Brown. Public access to the building during business hours and some semesters they have signs advertising a date by which projects and materials must be removed. After that but before it actually happens is a great time

Do make sure you are visible and can wave down the driver if they don't see you at the stop- if there is no one there they will keep going. I had a couple buses ignore me some years back and ever since i always give them a friendly wave if i don't see them put the turn signal on to pull up to the stop I'm at. I imagine this could be harder and require more planning if you're shorter and can't get out into the street with the curb drop bc of wheelchair.

Yeah it's a bus. I always give buses right of way regardless of the law just out of common niceness. I can't tell how many people are on the bus, so assume it's even just a quarter full. That's like 15 people who have somewhere to be. More important than me going to pv donuts :)

I would try calling the main city hall number if you haven't already to try and force the complex to get bins. Given the city says they don't collect trash from residences without recycling bins that'd get your landlord to shape up quick, if you were ever able to get through to someone. Idk how much effort you want to go to but you could always try showing up in person, sometimes that's the only way that works https://northprovidenceri.gov/public-works/recycling-refuse/total-participation-recycling-program/

If you get an emotional support animal letter to support you with mental health from a doctor (could even be an np or pa i think), they cannot discriminate against people w accomodations from disabilities under the fair housing act. I don't know how this would work under an existing lease but maybe when it comes time to renew you could use that.

How much is your security deposit? Is the risk of losing that worth a pet to you? If yes, then go for it

Edit to add: evicting could take a decent amount of time and effort on the landlords part. More likely would be just not renewing your lease

Seems very possible to me. I recommend putting the window film on your windows if you haven't already. Makes a noticeable difference
