I had 2 propane tanks that Irving owned and accidently filled. (It was winter and the propane was only used for pool heat that wasn't actually functional at the time) I wasn't about to pay that bill so their only solution was to remove both tanks. They took them both full and I believe they were 100gal each

Natural gas about $300-500/mo in the winter. Electric runs $100-200. We had oil last winter and it cost us double what the natural gas is. 2500sq ft, 60 year old home. We have a well and fairly robist filtration system. Hot water is gas off of the boiler, stove, oven, and dryer are all electric

I had a fuel company come and fill 2 propane tanks that weren't currently in use and I specifically asked them not to fill. They tried offering a discount but since I didn't need the propane their only other solution was to remove the tanks and credit me for all of the propane in them. They will re set tanks if I need them again but it was such a pita they pretty much lost me as a future customer

Markets Kitchen has great food for cheap, so I find myself grabbing lunch and/or dinner there alot. Generally grab a few other things while I'm in the store. Also, sometimes I don't have time for a full shopping so I just grab the few things I need now. Even a full shopping is rarely a full carriage for our household

If you have a well then you have what, 5-10 gallons of water in your well tank? If you lose power you can drain some into a bucket for flushing toilets, use for cooking, etc. If I were to lose power for a long enough time to need more water than that, water would probably not be my biggest concern

You'd have to see the terms of the lease but I think those are typically set up so that they have to pay you fair market value for the building if they decide to terminate the lease. Probably on state or paper/timber company land. Lots of camps up there are on leased land. Personally, I'd rather own the land but some of the best locations are leased land

Honestly, just draw a circle 30 min around Manchester and look at all the houses under 450k. There won't be many(I wouldn't include Manchester itself). Find the houses for sale and then research the town from there.

We had similar criteria and ended up in Bow and are very happy with our decision. Definitely not a low tax town though
