If the water is municipally supplied, then there are reports available about water quality testing. You might want to call your public works department on how to get one of these reports.
Note though, that this testing likely is at the treatment facility, and maybe at some points along the distribution network. It's possible (but unlikely) there could be some "midstream" intrusions affecting water quality at your faucet.

I do a little driving for Uber, and if I'm in that area, regularly pick up people at the C&J bus stop in Seabrook.
Note, there's also a C&J bus from NYC that comes to the seacoast (leaves NYC in Port Authority), including I believe a stop in Seabrook. Obviously there's the extra hassle getting from JFK to Port Authority, but wanted to point that out too.

Fort Rock and Newfields are ripe with trails. It's heavily mountain biked (the MTB community is currently building a lot of new trails on teh newfields side). Parking is located in a couple places on Rt. 85 on either side of Rt.101 (there's a large culvert under 101 connecting the two trail networks).

There's a nice network of trails off Bald Hill Road in Epping/Newmarket.
There's some nice trails in Great Bay National Wildlife Refuge near Pease in Newington with views of Great Bay.

What type of fishing are you specifically looking to do... trout, bass... ? If it's trout, it's a little early for the state to start stocking the rivers. There is a link to stocking reports on F&G's website that can give you an idea of which rivers near you might be fun. If it's bass...sorry, someone else might have to help.
I don't really know what people mean by "southern NH" to be more specific. I live in Lee, and consider it southern NH (or seacoast I guess), but I feel people have way different definitions.

about 6" of heavy wet stuff in Lee. The wind is starting to pick up and and blowing the snow stuck on the trees. I expect power to go out sometime this afternoon with the wind and heavy snow.

I drive Uber a couple times a week... and before the last storm picked up three guys at walmart and brought them to a hotel. while chatting, they said they were line workers flown in from Utah in preparation for power outages. They had already been there a couple of days and it was a couple of days until the storm was supposed to hit.
As I dropped them off, I told them that I hope they didn't have anything to do until they left. they laughed.

You won't be mountain biking unless you have a fat bike. We have a couple of storms going on in the next few days and local riders will have to snowshoe the trails for bikes, but they likely won't be firm enough for skinny tires. And if they were... They'd be ice ribbons where you'd need studs.

That being said, there is a network of trails near wolfboro, but I don't know the local fat bike scene and if they get packed out. There's a bike shop in town that night be able to steer you.

I lean left, but would vote for him in the primary to try and keep Trump or Desantis off the GOP general election ticket (I did the same in 2016 with Kasich).
It would be unlikely I'd vote for him in the general election as most of my values do not align with the GOP platform.
