On the topic of headlights (yes please use them) - there's a special place in hell for you halogen wielding psychopaths.

(edit: whoops meant aftermarket LED "asshole I can see everything and don't care if I blind you especially if you're one of the many who has astigmatism and will send you into a giant bright blinding halo" headlights
