I know they do with the Model S in particular. I just have not heard the same about the 3/Y.

Apple seems to be a major sector outlier so far. It’s off a little but not to nearly the degree of some of the others.

My mother uses Whatsapp, to my chagrin, because I hate that app (I prefer Apple's messaging or SMS, I wish I could get people to stop sending me Facebook messages also - Whatsapp is more secure but it's just a terrible app).

My parents talk on the phone, sure. They were also born during WWII…. :)

Most of developed Europe and US/CAN/AUS are excluded. A few other countries just don’t have scores. The India score is among the worst however, not the best.
