I just went through this. I contacted a lawyer who told me to get my house professionally inspected. You can’t mention that the inspection is in case of litigation. No one wants to get involved in that and they won’t return your call or show up. Document everything, the roof, walls, etc in that inspection.

I’m sorry your stuck and that there are assholes with small dicks posting shit in this thread while you try to make the best of it. I moved to another country that doesn’t celebrate thanksgiving or Christmas because of how lonely it could be for me so a surprise Christmas holiday due to weather has to be tough. I worked in corporate America so i was forced to not work when really I would have preferred it. I hope you enjoy your evening no matter where you end up. I eventually ended up loving Christmas night at Dirty Frank’s with those who didn’t have families who cared or a job to keep them busy.

There is no Amtrak stop at the airport. You can take the regional rail to 30th street where you can catch Amtrak. There’s a drop south of the city but you’ll still have to change trains at 30th street to get to Lancaster.
