Didn't the tell the people in Ohio something very similar as all the fish and other animals were dying? I for one don't believe them they have no credibility left in this matter.

Maine historically get its pollution from the Ohio rust-belt area. I can remember in the 80s all the acid rain.

I never ever refrigerate maple syrup. I produce about 20 gallons a year and never heard of any one refrigerating it , is it common?
