I believe the term for them is a continental wallet- their dimensions are about the same as a dollar bill laid out flat. they're sized for purses rather than pockets.

check the ottobar's calendar and see if they're doing one of their flea markets while you're visiting, sounds like it might be up your alley (they also do live music, but that's harder to miss)

waverly market runs throughout the year, just after Thanksgiving it's a winter market. this means vendors are not limited to only selling things they've grown/made themselves, so okra isn't out of the realm of possibility.

have you checked that your local library isn't part of a larger consortium of libraries that give you a bigger catalog to select from? sometimes these are separate from the local portal of your library; I would suggest asking one of your librarians about this.
I know there are a few libraries in the US that will charge you for an non-resident card, but I don't think all of them will allow an out-of-country applicant.

MDOT has several different proposals they're surveying right now (https://rtpcorridors.com/)- the majority of them are Bus Rapid Transit (some completely seperate from traffic, asome not), but there's a couple of Light Rails and one Metro

regarding the capitalization, historically capitalizing a word was to place emphasis on it. less messy than underlining with an inked nib, more distinctive than bolding or italicizing.
