I agree, and it's sort of a double-edged sword here

One of the best ways to combat urban sprawl, and traffic, is creating high-density housing, with good pedestrian accessibility, and good public transportation

Public transport in HoCo leaves something to be desired, to say the least

On every other side of the Dorsey Hall Village Center, there was already high-density housing instead of single-family homes with yards, and it has been that way for decades

On the bright side, it's near a center that has a number of essential needs, which increases walkability at least a little bit and could reduce traffic in that regard

I agree 100%. The value of green spaces is often underrated IMO

It remains to be seen if the developer has any sense of respect for the value green spaces provide to a community

I think it's probably as responsible a spot as any to develop, but without improvements to pedestrian accessibility and better public transport, traffic will inevitably become more challenging to deal with

Backing up /u/ligsj

Hunan Legend in Dorsey has been there for 30+ years and their stuff is unparalleled

I took my friend there that had traveled the world for various deployments

He was like "omg, this is the best Chinese food I've ever tasted"

Everything on the menu is good, veg friendly options, delivery, outstanding service

Literally never had a bad meal here.

Every restaurant usually has a bad day once in a while.

I've been a patron for all of the existence of this place, and I've never had a bad meal

I can't think of another restaurant I've been patronizing this long that has been consistently this good

This is my go to take out treat myself and my family experience

Hunan Legend, IMO the professionalism and the food speak for themselves, but Imma still back it up

Generally the higher up you can get your antenna the better the results will be

I had mine mounted in my attic and got maybe 40-50 channels in total when counting digital sub-channels

Unfortunately I had to scrap it when I had solar panels installed, as the transformer from the panels introduced so much noise that it would essentially completely cut the signal during the day

Let's be clear, even Hogan, a republican, refused to endorse Cox saying he's a "trumpian nutjob"

LOL I've got a place for such amazing sentiments

If you're voting for Cox, you are NOT moderate, and "sleepy joe" was never going to change your mind from being a fascist bigoted idiot
