Honestly I'm wondering if this a good thing for Moore. I can't imagine any moderates needing any swaying; anybody far-right enough to consider Cox but with enough self-reflection to reject his GQP backing might now have a knee-jerk reaction "bUt SlEEPy JOE."

Let's be clear, even Hogan, a republican, refused to endorse Cox saying he's a "trumpian nutjob"

LOL I've got a place for such amazing sentiments

If you're voting for Cox, you are NOT moderate, and "sleepy joe" was never going to change your mind from being a fascist bigoted idiot

I don't see any voters changing their minds because of it, but it might draw a few people who haven't voted yet and weren't going to make an effort to vote.

The goal is to change people's minds, it's to motivate them to get out and vote... And more importantly to the DNC donate money. At the end of the day Money almost always dictates who wins.
