Then you may have some recourse. You might have already done this, but you can see lots of discussion of Xfinity easements here:

I’d probably start there, their support folks seem relatively responsive.

You’re not really answering the question. Are you sure there is not an existing easement on your property? Nothing in all the papers you signed when you bought the house? If there’s an existing line as you indicated, it wouldn’t be surprising that they have an easement.

Not sure about Boston, but many cities have generic easements in place for all utilities, and the 2015 Net Neutrality legislation classified broadband as a utility.

You may be confusing the infection with the resulting disease that some infected people develop. By some estimates as much as half the global population has been infected with the parasite Toxoplasma gondii, but many of those people never develop symptoms of the disease toxoplasmosis. And for those that do, many of them require no treatment.

In addition to just increased awareness if someone had a relative with prostate cancer, it’s becoming more common for such men to get tested for the BRCA gene variants. Most people associate these with breast cancer in women, but they also increase men’s risk of prostate cancer substantially, as much as 4X.

Insurance will usually cover the test if you have a family history, and then your provider will schedule more frequent screenings, e.g. PSA tests.

The same way English speakers convey the difference between the [s] and [z] sounds while whispering - through context.

When you whisper the sentence Sue went to the zoo, the first and last words begin with the exact same sound. This is because the only difference between the [z] sound and the [s] sound is that the first is voiced and the second is unvoiced, and all sounds produced while whispering are unvoiced. Nonetheless, it’s not hard to understand what words are intended, because of sentential context.

Similarly, speakers of tonal languages use context to understand whispered utterances.
