I'm happy to hear that these 2 women were found safe and are home but i have to ask how often does the state of Maine issue driving licenses to people who are easily disoriented and have trouble processing information ?
I'm asking sincerely.

Animal welfare would be who you contact. They may require some kind of evidence but i'm not sure. The law to sight is simply that its illegal and carries a possible felony charge. if you suspect a neighbor is engaged in it (or any other illegal activity ) be careful that you calling the authorities cant be traced back to you by them as that could end up being a problem in and of itself. Breeding can require a license if you are selling pups.

Some clown ass named Ed Thelander running for office also likened regulation of lobster fishing to rape....
This has ceased to actually be about lobsters, whales, lobstermen, the economy of Maine or anything of the like. Its white grievance politics. Just don't notice it ..point it out ...or care....

So housing is going to be the toughest aspect of your move. Neither renting or owning is cheap nor easy as we have a serious crunch. Probably the biggest change will be having access to a coast but to be fair i don't know Kansas from the price of eggs in china. We have fewer bigots but not zero and some of the areas of the state that are most affordable could feel like they are every where.
