isn't meth like 80% similar to Adderall? it gets a bad rap because it's used by lower class degenerates but it's pretty similar to adderal

that whole plaza basically died... there used to be apartments near there that sunk into the ground because they were not built on bedrock... there was a le pain quotiden that closed down, fairway market closed down, there used to be a good bbq place there that closed down.
basically that area went downhill I think

the airlines have already caught on to people getting ESA as a fake service dogs. you will get laughed out of the airport if you try to bring an ESA on to a flight.

dont ask them to lower the rates, ask them to give concessions such as several months free, free parking..ect
The apartment owner needs to report the gross rent to their investors, for their loans..ect but they can use concessions to lower the effective rent

Reply to Does it make sense a $290k house sold in last year now listed for $648k? by NecessaryMistake9754
looks way overpriced. id pay 200-250k for it..
you would have to be a complete idiot to pay almost 700k for that.
if it sold for 290k last year it should be worth like 220 now because of rates

under the system the government created they should not. why would anyone be a taxi driver and pay 800k, when they can bypass all that by just doing uber or lyft?
the solution is for the government to buy back medallions from the drivers for whatever they paid for them. then not regulate taxis or limos at all.

im not defending the establishment, im saying that the drivers should be able to sue the city for losses incurred due to allowing people to violate the license requirement.

it would be like the government saying you need to pay them 1 million for a license to do something then one day they are like "oh nvm you don't need a license anymore anyone can do it"

yes but the government created the artificial restriction in the first place. there never should have been medallions to begin with.

a high end italian restaurant that serves overpriced mediocre food, then goes bankrupt and gets replaced by new restaurants that all go out of business, and all serve overpriced mediocre food.

The city should have said "a private livery vehicle that is reserved 4 hours in advance does not need a medallion. and is considered a limo service."
"a livery service that is reserved less than 4 hours in advance is considered a taxi and requires a medallion"
this would have been fair to everyone.

I am as libertarian capitalist as they come. but the taxi drivers did get screwed over by the city because the city allowed Uber and Lyft. Uber and Lyft are basically the same as taxis so value of medallion plummeted.

they aren't putting one in. fresh &co leased the space from them. The reason all the storefronts are empty is that it's not profitable to open any businesses there.
