Others here can (and have) talked about its history better than I could, but it's far from being an all-white town today.

My view is that returning to Carlyle or a similar situation after having been governor increases his value and connections greatly.

I don’t think Youngkin believes in much of anything but setting himself up to add a zero or two to his net worth.
As far as running for President, or acting like a full-blown Trumpist, if it can help with that goal, sure.

The Times-Dispatch (or its corporate parent) seems to have run afoul of Twitter. Entirely noncontroversial stories are getting sensitive content warnings, whether I'm logged into my account or not.

There are hundreds of millions of square feet of empty warehouses and suburban stores where that could be done.

The number of large malls an area can support seems to have settled in at one per 500K to 1 million people. That gives Richmond two, and DC and suburbs six or so. Both numbers seem to fit.

I think you've got it. You'd somehow have to add a perimeter beam to the two open sides.
Might ask one of the companies that sell the sheds new.

It's really easy on pavement, but might be hard if the ground is rough.
Would probably need only 3-4 people and 3-4 pieces of PVC pipe (not corrugated drain pipe). Shed would also need floor joists of some sort both left-right and front-back so that the pipes don't simply drop between them when you try to turn the shed.

Has anyone in your family been treated by VCU Health? Small random checks can be return of medical overpayments and appear long after any doctor's visit.

The Tri-Cities area (Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights) has some huge historical disadvantages in education, racism, environmental damage, and a limited economy (military with mostly young trainee soldiers rather than engineers/IT people and more senior soldiers).
Those issues don't disappear at the city limits of Petersburg and Hopewell.
