It would sound bad. Closed headphones have material in the cups to dampen the sound bouncing around inside the cup. The 560S are meant for home listening, they're not made for outdoor use or travelling. If you want to listen on the go, get some portable closed-back headphones or IEMs. ANC would be a nice feature for that use case as well.

iPhones use AAC for Bluetooth audio. Bluetooth doesn't support MP3.

LDAC is a superior codec anyway. aptX can't even recreate a sine wave without garbling it.
