That's one of the best books of the US 20th c. I am so sickened by this censorship, here. I read it at 16 or so and it was just so wonderfully written, in a very unusual 1st person plural voice- an extraordinary piece of literature. I hope the kids will all read it now, even the ones who hasn't explicitly signed up for a dark literature course

Ediited because I was too upset to spell.

Richmond, Charlestown, and Exeter you can still find some great deals! North Kingstown, too, which is actually a very cool town- South County but almost central in the state. Great back roads to Kingston- did you say your working at/near URI? South Kingstown is where I am, it's awesome, and Narragansett too, but there's not a lot available. Welcome- Rhode Island is amazing. If you'd like the name of a great South County specialist realtor (Not me or family lol) dm me, or for any questions you might have about areas or schools etc!

Hi! It's so hard, after school, to make new friends, in sorry you've been feeling lonely! I'm 48f and in South County, haha, you probably don't want to hang out with me, butt of you do, dm, haha, I'm nice! I would honestly recommend trying some hobbies, you'll meet people you'll share at least one interest with, and the worst outcome is you'll take 4 months of pottery and have some new skills and vases ;) the libraries also have great book clubs, and when I was running library book clubs, I saw a lot of friendships begin. Young people like you, new to the area, some young mums needing an hour at adult conversation, and a real mix of great people all eager to chat. Libraries also offer one off programs like Ukrainian pysanky (wax Easter egg decorating), into to knitting, and more, for free! I'll stop here, but I really hope you have a great day and meet some great Rhody folks.

They lack strength and i can't control specifically my ring and pinkie on my left hand- they move, when i make a fist, etc, but just as an example, I took pottery lessons a few years ago hoping it would be a good and satisfying therapy, and it was! But, every time I was at the pottery wheel, trying to hollow out a form, you use one hand (dominant hand, my right) to push down and your other hand to push in at the side. Well, my two non-cooperative fingers on the left hand would flip right into and under the centered clay and splat the whole situation at speed into the workroom mirror haha

I am just in awe of this... i have major nerve damage in my spinal cord and although I'm incredibly, like, incredibly lucky to be alive and mobile, I can't control my left hands fingers, i wonder is this would be something that would someday be appropriate for people like me...
