You aren't kidding. Between commuting and then just wanting some down time before eating dinner, you have really no time to unwind from work. Two days off isn't enough.

Honestly if salary was the norm and we raised overtime rules for people making no more than 50k, I feel that this would be much better received.

Reply to PA state employees: Are all PA State Employees going to get called back into the office? by ChatNoir33
I wanted to work for the state because of the benefits back when I lived in PA. The salaries were so low, and the jobs were always out in the boonies somewhere that I wasn't willing to move to in order to work. Having telework would've been a huge perk and probably deepen the talent pool.

Went to Centralia once just to say I did. Not a single thing out there and there was no cool vapor mist and cemeteries anywhere. Just cracked roads and empty fields.

I think they confused Penn State with UPenn, because Penn State is certainly not "an elite college and research university"

I believe all candidates that ran still go on the ballot again in a runoff, so they will most likely just vote for the same person again
Edit: I said "I believe" I don't live in Georgia lol

Georgia allows new voter registrations heading into a runoff and you are also able to fix your ballot if it was defective. It has also been stated plenty that Walker was only helped by Kemp also being on the ballot, as he received 500k fewer votes than Kemp. Warnock is in a much better position going into this than Walker is.

They need to make everyone salary and then raise overtime rules so people making under 50k get overtime still. But of course, that would never happen and this bill is a pipe dream anyway.
