Don't know about felonies, and I am not even sure if it still exists, but Campaign Virginia (an environmental lobby group) used to hire formally incarcerated people. So possibly, look into grassroots groups that campaign for donations.

Maymont has a ton of stops and badges, also lots of Pokemon to catch. I was there yesterday.

I would say aim for the "middle" of Henrico county. Maude Travett, Logan, Skipwith, Tuckahoe, Three Chopt, Lakeside.

I have taught with two SPED teachers and the principal at Longdale. They are all wonderful people and I will pass on the compliment when I see them!

Because I was nosey a while back (someone asked for lunch recommendations in church hill because they were going to this place), I can tell you about this shop.

And these are areas that need it the most. To be fair, I think the county itself is doing a better job of distributing resources (parks, libraries, schools, etc.). Still areas have bad roads and above ground power lines so infrastructure would make it more appealing to buyers. But yeah, developers paying for it? 🙄

Maybe increased home prices can help schools. Maybe higher taxes can go to fund the schools more. Maybe.

Feels like a trap that will bring many franchises to the area. Kinda like how we didn't seem to have enough car washes...

You might be able to grow some in a pot on your own. It looks like you trim it down like other leaf crops and it grows back.

Elliott Automotive used to be a more exclusive VW shop on Horsepen between Broad and Staples Mill. They changed ownership and we sold our VW decades ago, so I can't speak to them now.

From what I understand, yes you go out for the teams at your zoned school. I have heard that the schedule is "flexible" so if you have outside activities (travel sports, etc.) you can work school around it. I don't know about any of the teacher stuff, but you can leave certified in a coding language.
