CT drivers have no understanding of right of way and are stupid/opportunistic jerks.

CT has more than its fair share of the stupidly courteous drivers. I had one in front of me come to a complete stop at a green light anticipating the yellow.

Thanks for the smile! My daughter of similar age suffered the same fate! I blame her father but she has not forgiven me for allowing it to happen.
