Auto pay is the way to go. Why would anyone argue that it is a bad thing? It is super predictable and ensures your bills are paid on time. You should only ever have to manage discretionary spending. Things like Rent isn’t optional and should be paid using auto pay.

As a recovering alcoholic I can tell you that NA beers have been critical to me getting sober. I still felt compelled to drink something at night and NA beers really scratched the itch in a way other options simply couldn’t. I am 5.5 months sober and don’t think I would have made it this far without them.
Also, it’s worth pointing out that orange juice contains more alcohol than many NA beers. So does a ripe banana. And even bread can contain much more alcohol than an NA beer.

Well they need to do something to fix the robocall problem. They can’t just allow them to continue operating like it isn’t happening. If threatening them with annihilation is what it takes, then so be it.
To be clear, I sincerely hope that the existential threat is enough to get them to clamp down on the problem themselves. But if they refuse to do that, I have no sympathy for them or their shareholders.

Are there any other viable options for you if Twilio gets the ax? Do any other companies provide a similar service?

Sounds like those systems need to migrate away ASAP. Or at least have a plan, because it is a very real possibility at this point.

From the sounds of it, you ARE the opposition.
I think this is kinda like people who are afraid of flying because of plane crashes. But realistically you are far more likely to die in a car crash in the way to the airport than in a plane crash after you get there.

This is exactly what I am talking about. People like you vastly overestimate the dangers and probability of them.

Except when you compare it against coal emissions. Coal kills more people per kilowatt generated by a wide margin.

But not political sense. Too many NIMBY folks who are scared of nuclear power because they don’t understand it or overestimate the dangers involved. Coal kills more people every year than nuclear, but most people are far more afraid of nuclear.

I highly doubt this would be more efficient than using the hydrogen in a fuel cell and running an electric motor with it. I would love to be proven wrong though if anyone has a credible source.

I have lost faith in humanity after seeing Trump get elected and how people STILL worship him even after Jan 6. People are easily brainwashed by the constant propaganda they are fed by the conservative media outlets. We need to figure out how to deprogram them somehow. I am afraid that it may not be possible though since many are so far gone. Convincing someone that they are wrong and getting them to accept that fact is extremely difficult because humans aren’t rational creatures much of the time.

I got one the other day that was trying to smear the democrat for supporting abortion as if that was a bad thing. I was confused for a while as to which candidate actually sent it out because I saw it as pro-democrat, which is absolutely NOT what they had intended it to be.

I am getting a LOT of spam from Republican candidates in particular. Some are so unhinged and detached from reality that its scary to think that they even have a chance to be elected. The mailers I keep getting often are alarming by the positions they are taking.
I sincerely hope that all of their efforts backfire on them and they don't pick up any more support.

Opting out of direct deposit and / or removing all of your money from the bank each month is a ridiculous way to “manage” money.
