If only this had been recreationally legal for 13 years prior to this and medically legal for 2 decades. For people who aren't retarded, the complete and total absence of marijuana overdose deaths is enough evidence for us, but Sheriff Bunch Huggins over here apparently knows better than all of science or just the very nature of reality itself.

I guess that's why he's the Sheriff and I'm punching a clock at a job that actually helps and serves people.

NYC / major cities and California are a nightmare unless you are a highly skilled professional when it comes to cost of living.

I'm not saying both parties are the same, but I fail to see democratic policies creating better economic conditions. If how the party reacted to the Sanders campaign in 2016 and 2020 is any indication, they have a long fucking ways to go tbh.

Yep. Countless stories of "I have find my device active, I can show you within 50 feet of where it is, and I know the person who has it " met with "No can do" from the police.

I really don't get it. They will blow a door off its hinges, shoot the dogs, drag kids out of their beds in the middle of the night over a suspected weed dealer, but you hand them a thief and they couldn't care less.

I mean, I hate McConnell, but let's be real here, he's voting against the gay marriage portion of the bill, which is inextricably linked to the interracial portion.

It's like saying someone is pro-murder because they voted against a bill outlawing murder while legalizing rape.

Now granted, both of Mitch's positions are terrible here, but we don't need to give them ammo with lazy statements that are easily disproven like "Mirch is a hypocrite for voting against interracial marriage" when it is more nuanced than that.

It might be worth renting an ozone generator if smelliness is an issue. Basically rather than covering the smell with fabreeze or whatever, the ozone will eliminate the odor. You use it after you've done your cleaning.

Only thing is that you need to let it do its thing for several hours while you aren't home, ozone will irritate your lungs like crazy.

After that, I would maybe upgrade your furnace filters too to help reduce particulates.

Sure, that's how it's been. I said I think it's improving though. I would be stunned if a lower percentage of young people voted in this election than any other. We just got early voting this election and cannabis is on the ballot, which is no small thing for a lot of people.

Elderly are more likely to vote on the day of. They have relatively few responsibilities, so they're usually available on voting day, and also it's routine. Now with new early voting, I saw a lot of people the other day when I voted and many demographics were there.

That doesn't mean the state is turning blue or anything, but yeah, I think younger turnout is getting better, especially with more convenient options for voting.
