I think the island idea wouldn’t be too bad. Coast guard patrols with thermal vision to catch escapees. Make them farm and cultivate the majority of their food. No guards.

My cousin is out there with you guys.
I’ve been wanting to make a team for a few years, me and my buddies used to all race so if I could convince them we would have a really solid team.
Almost impossible to find a running $500 car nowadays that’s would be worth a damn on a track.

Pizza delivery guy shot and kicked down stairs.
Lots of night filled with blue flashing lights.
