We have about 10 or so acres and we are looking to sell. We’ve had a land surveyor & land scientist out.

Any ideas of contractors/businesses looking for land?

If this is on the 50 mph stretch between bluebird storage and Milton road, you might have a hard time finding someone who wants to develop there.

There’s two other very large lots that have been for sale for the better part of a decade. Maybe those land owners will cut you a deal to add to there’s?
