We used to live in the apartments at Owings run. Not bad there as at the time it was spacious for the price. We had a few noise complaints and maintenance issues (they guys upstairs would play AGGRESSIVE ping pong at all hours and it sounded like a herd of elephants. They did stop after I explained what was we heard from them ). YMMV there as it’s chAnged hands a few times. Bonus is you can walk down to the dunkin/Yuki sushi/bourbon bar at the shopping center down the hill.

One bonus is every grocery store in existence seems to have a presence in OM. They are all pretty close too which is nice.

Just a few more things to add to it, I made a lot of friends through it and met a lot of really cool people. You also can get access to some of the events they host if you sign up to volunteer for them which is pretty awesome. And then you can get to see a lot of behind the scenes stuff.

Lots of great suggestions here. Also there is a county run park that’s basically a functional farm with cows, horses etc: https://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/departments/recreation/programs/agriculture-center/

I’ll definitely second Clark’s and Baughers though. Baughers especially because you can buy some of their super awesome apple cider now too
