Its more the fact they can run things effectively with the money they get vs City of Richmond who is always looking to raise taxes and we get 2nd world country services.

We also have a 41% higher tax rate as it is to Henrico County so yeah this individual refund ain't much but that plus lower taxes plus better services. That adds up big time

So then all these go up for sale, the people living their get evicted, the same people don't have the money to buy them, the housing market crashes which affects the larger economy and the people who couldn't afford to live before are the most affected. Congrats you just destroyed our city.

Trying to do 8 things in one building sounds like a recipe for mediocrity. Add that to the not ideal location and the uphill battle gets steeper. If they can hold on until the Diamond District gets developed then they have a chance!
