They have to be able to prove who was driving. Also, speed obviously exacerbates bad outcomes from collisions, but IMO the more dangerous activity is all the tailgating and weaving. High speed collision are worse, but tailgating and weaving causes more collisions.

Narrow wheels are better in the snow than wider ones seen on nicer cars. Snow tires make an enormous difference.

I don’t think it’s on the menu anymore, but they used to make the bruin which was a chicken cutlet, mozzarella, BBQ sauce, and bacon. It was heaven. Gaetanos is the best deli in CT these days.

This is the answer in relation to why bats are a disease vector for humans. Other animals may may be more prone to viruses, but their body temp differences mean that the virus can’t survive in humans.

We used it for many years and finally stopped last fall. We were always impressed by the produce quality, but something fell off hard last year. We finally had to cancel because it got so bad. It’s a shame we really enjoyed it for a long time.

Nearest one to me is 25 minute drive. That’s not worth the gas.

My issue is that the machines are always full or broken, and the bins near them for non refundable bottles are full too, so I end up bringing them home which I really don’t want to do.

My license was in a different state so it may vary a bit in VT. To sell a home you need a real estate sales person’s license. That license must operate under a broker. The agency you work for typically will have one or more brokers in it who acts as a coach and advisor. Some agencies will have a difference in commission split. The agencies that pay a bigger split usually require more investment from you on things like advertising your listings and buy office materials. Agencies that pay a lower split will generally provide all that for you. After 5 years experience, you can apply for a broker’s license which would be required if you wanted to start your own brokerage and leave your current one. Most realtors do not apply for brokers licenses.
Realtor is a trademarked term and refers only to real estate salespeople who are members of the National Association of Realtors. You will likely join this if you work for a traditional local brokerage. Alternative real estate sales channels like Redfin and Sold by Zillow probably don’t join NAR, though I don’t know too much about them. I haven’t practiced real estate in a while.

All realtors start with 0 experience except for maybe having bought or sold their own home. They will set you up with training.
The test is fairly easy. The one textbook I got was pretty short and simple. It also just helps you pass the test. The test questions aren’t really what you need to know to sell real estate. The company you work foe’s training will help you with that.

Get hired by a realtor first and they will pay for your course. You need to work for a broker anyways for years before you can get a brokers license and sell on your own.

Popeye’s chicken sandwich is legit, but everything else there sucks and all the ones I’ve been to in CT, NY, and NJ are disgustingly filthy inside.

They aren’t the worst people, they just are the most ungrateful fanbase. No one hates the eagles as much as eagles fans do. It’s bizarre. McNabb and Westbrook carried that team for years but the fans constantly shat on them.

You do not need studded snow tires in CT. Regular snows will work well. I drive in blizzards every year to ski in VT and my regular snows are great. Narrower and smaller are best. You could consider getting some smaller steel rims and swapping the wheels out.
