I mean, when the problem involves being able to place another bet, yes. He is asking for the fastest way though, not just any way.

I’m actually doing a lot of problem solving if you ask me! I’m taking advantage of interstate sign up bonus arbitrage opportunities. I’m on a tight schedule these next few days and need to be able to place the bets and get back to work as quickly as possible. It’s hundreds of dollars in risk-free money if I can do this in time — 100% legal.

Just a fun thing to distract me from work for a bit. I think you took the “degenerate” piece too literally ;)
