Seven Stars should! I worked at the one in Cranston and there was a guy who would come by regularly for the grounds.

I was at the Starbucks in Seekonk (the one near their Best Buy), and they had free grounds. Also, I have a bunch, so if you pm me and are willing to pick up on the East Side you are welcome to them. Assuming they don't go bad.. mine have been sitting around for a few months.

The Starbucks on Thayer St used to have them. I haven't been to that location in a while so I'm not sure if they still offer it, but it's worth a phone call!
