probably close 95 at the Walt - I-676 and have people either take NJ-676 to Ben Franklin or 76 to the Vine

EDIT. since some people don't understand basic highway construction... This would be overnight only.

As far as I remember there wouldn't be total closure, which would be a nightmare.

Maybe temporarily overnight.

Correct. Overnight only. 10p-6a. it's like a reverse version of when they would close down 676 overnights to take out the overhead supports
