So you would accept getting paid like shit and overworked with far too many patients assigned to you than what is even remotely manageable? Why would you do that to your patients?

Not when you spout comments made from ignorance into the world. Do you think a patient to nurse ratio of 10:1 is reasonable and a nurse just needs to not be afraid of hard work to care for 10 patients?
