NJ and NYC had the two most fakeable licenses until a little after 9/11.

I went to college in New England so there and whenever I travelled to a different state EVERYONE always triple checked it and quizzes me about my data until like 2010 LOL

I went to a bar in Manchester, NH in 2002. The bouncer asked me what dmv I got my license at, because NJ licenses were usually fake up there.
