I don't think I'll ever be able to leave NJ.

But I have some friends that moved down to N. & S. Carolina, they love it there.

I know taxes and home prices are much more affordable there too.

I was in the Charlotte area a few months ago and it seemed home prices were getting very close to NJ levels!
