That's exactly the problem, all the cgi. The original movies used lots of practical effects, they actually built dinosaurs and had them move and it looked great and actually made you believe a dinosaur attack was happening, and in these new ones they just say, eh we'll just do everything on computers later and it shows.

Because people think, just because the have an audience of potentially millions, that alone makes their opinion in any way relevant. They mix up reach with relevancy, so to say.

Btw, at the same time you have to accept that everybody has different tastes, and therefore, there certainly will be people who don't like Gal Gadot. Which is perfectly fine, as long as they don't expect that everybody else dislikes her, just because they do. And it goes the other way round as well. ;-)

And indeed. The CGI looks good in those movies. But if they cut it down more. And use the animatronics again, and maybe tweak it with some CGI or smth. It would be handier for the actors as well. And gives a more real feeling

I mean it’s been this way since the first movies.

We argue about movies and sports and all kinds of dumb shit because we’re human.

Also the Jurassic World movies ranged from alright to trash to absolute fucking junk.

Also Gal Gadot was alright I guess. She’s like 110 lbs soaking wet tho. Should have been a bit more athletic rather than a lanky supermodel physique.

Honestly if you look back at how practical effects used to look I’d take the computer creations over a fake museum style dinosaur any day, and either way they still do use quite a lot of animatronics, but I saw somewhere that said it costs so much and takes too long to make a realistic robot dinosaur that it’s preferred to pay a team to spend day a month rendering it up then 2 months on a animatronic

Do you have any idea what will happen if people stopped giving their opinion?

Idk Ik it just comes down to she’s my type so I can’t expect everyone to see her how I do but I just finished reading an article about how people want James Gunn to fire her cause she’s a Trash actress, there was a whole twitter feed on it, it tripped me out how many people were there hating on how she acts and I’m just like they can’t be fr?

This also applies to video games. I figured its because their lives are miserable.

Gal Gadot sucks as Wonder Woman. Sue sucks as an actress.

I criticize stuff that I believe could do/be better, pointing out what causes the work to suffer. I also give credit where it's due. Some people are just negative in their focus, and I can choose to take or leave it.

Gal Gadot did a fine job, can't think of who would be a better Wonder Woman in this day and age. If people want to bitch without having supporting points, I just let them bitch. How miserable must they be?

They also use different cameras than they used too, it’s why the original Jurassic park is so much better. Wide lenses allowed them to capture the sheer size of the dinos compared to the humans, modern films you’ll see close ups only involve the Dinos face. Hence Jurassic world feeling flat with no gravitas.
