That’s what I am thinking too. It’s important that the attorney has a good, professional relationship within the court system.

I used Stuntz. This was years ago, and she knew everyone. The Judges, the courthouse staff, the other attorneys. Believe me, it comes into play. She doesn’t take any shit and is well respected.
