Your aren't wrong. I was trying to show co-workers and customers that you could produce good looking food with items in the shop, and I didnt have a small enough spoon to scoop of the pesto from the jar.

Fair enough, the steak does look like it has a good char. Maybe give it a slice next time so we can see dat cook.
