Heard over the scanner there was a shooting. They declared a Mass Casualty Incident, but that does not necessarily mean deaths. Seems like they’re closing scene down. Just said two victims in total.

They closed the scene pretty immediately when police arrived and police didn’t leave until 9am. There’s lots of blood on the sidewalk and street outside of Kashi.

I live in the area and am waiting to hear more. I haven’t seen anything yet on the Advocate, NextDoor or Twitter. If anyone has any more info, it would be appreciated.

Different incident. I’m talking about summer street, outside the movie theater. Still a police presence 8 hours later.

Walked by a short while ago. Some dried blood splatter on sidewalk but nothing else evidencing this sad and despicable act. Wound up world. Hate is a malignancy.... Sad to see this crap hit home....

Uh, just so you know, they didn't leave the blood there. I am sure they hosed it down but do you understand that blood stains concrete.
