RI Energy Billing Site (not another why is my bill so high question)

Anyone else seeing weird behavior from the RI Energy billing site?

Mine doesn't show my last payments and on my accounts is still showing December (due January 12) balance. When I go to the account page itself it can't load my latest statement.

I have definitely gotten new bills but since I do everything online they've already gone in the recycling. It would not surprise me if they were still having trouble migrating from National Grid's systems, just curious if others are seeing this, etc. I know I can call them to get my balance.

Yes, I noticed the same. I freaked out thinking I forgot to pay my bill, but it was paid.

The site is bad. It can’t find my electric account, but I still get paperless billing for my electric and pay it.

A friends balance from national grid was wiped with the transition to the RI energy. It’s not showing anywhere

My fiancé has the bill under his name and he said the same thing! New statements are not appearing (it’s as if we don’t owe) but we’re worried we’re gonna get smacked with like a double or triple bill when they work out whatever bug is happening.

I can’t even log in using firefox, the thing that tracks your “service location” or whatever doesn’t stick, just asks over and over to confirm im in RI. Works in chrome though

We break the website all the time please don't worry about it. yes some pages are still through ng they're just not updated it's the same site all good.

Probably a changeover from national grid in o new owners. If you pay attention l, it redirects you to national grid when you sign in. They might be moving severs over to their parent location in PA or wherever they are

I cleared all my nationalgrid and RIenergy cookies and now the login page doesn't even load, so I'm just going to assume they are having big problems. Thanks for letting me know it's not just me!

Update, seems to be working today. Still routing through NGrid systems though.
