As a 44 year old dude 29 seems ridiculous. I have kids in their 20s.

My cousin married a 19-year man when she was 42 and had a 16-year-old daughter.

Guess what? She's in her 80s now and they're still married. Happily, from what I can see.

It's nobody's business. If you don't want to do it yourself, you don't have to.

It’s not that you should do this, but anything less is creepy

How's 45 and 30 then? I mean, using kids in their 20s as a metric speaks less about the 44-29 relationship than it comments on how young you were when you had kids.
