Happened to me (after I actually got picked for a jury and served two days!). The only annoying thing was unlike all of the other parts, you can't work it out online. I did send in the physical form and that was it, though.

We live in Mt Vernon and my step daughter goes to Baltimore Montessori Public Charter School. They have prek3 and 4, although the 3 may only be half-day (she was at another place for that). In Baltimore, charter schools are run by the school system, which makes them much more reliable than in other cities. It was a lottery to get into the school, but it wasn't too difficult, and it is really a great school. Other people love Roland Park elementary, and you could probably live somewhere zoned for that school and commute pretty easily.

Was just going to say this. I live here (ok, straight woman) and it's super LGBTQ friendly, great shops and restaurants, beautiful architecture, great location. Welcome!

Go with Marie Louise. It's not going to be too unfamiliar, and the atmosphere is lovely.

What are you looking for? Table service? Just good food? Brunch-type food? Lunch? Drinks?

Came here to say this. I work out here and there are people of all ages and everything else. There are even a few people who have canes, etc.

Check out the new Hotel Ulysses and their bar and restaurant. Amazing.
For food, try Puerto 511 - tiny adorable Peruvian BYO restaurant, and Allora, tiny adorable BYO Italian cafe/coffee shop/restaurant, truly excellent.

The BMA and the Walters are both free, and fabulous! And the BMA has a great sculpture garden, which is perfect for nice days.
