It very much depends on your loved ones' needs to drive in all conditions at all hours.
Do they work in health care, emergency services, critical infrastructure, etc. and need to be at work any day, any time of day? Get AWD. City plowing especially can be spotty.
Are they retired and/or do they have jobs where they can work from home or take off during severe storms? Don't bother. It's been about five years since the freezing rain/snow/lack of plowing combination was so bad that people were trapped for an entire weekend.
Until recently, I had a FWD Ford Focus and had trouble on all seasons in winter, but getting winter tires fixed the problems I had with going uphill in the snow. I have the option of staying home in severe weather and I use that option to make room on the road for people who work in critical sectors.

Minor point about Kroger, but Giant Eagle didn't keep them from moving in. Kroger used to operate in Pittsburgh but left the area completely in 1984 following a strike.

T-Bones sells tiramisu flavored cakes. Not pure tiramisu, but if it's for a birthday, the cake could work well.

Physically In, Mentally Questioning (PIMQ) and Physically In, Mentally Out (PIMO) Witnesses have to toe the line or risk losing everything. Family, friends, jobs working for other Witnesses, housing rented to them by other Witnesses. /r/exjw has plenty of PIMOs living in fear.

I had excision surgery from Dr. Noah Rindos, who's at AHN these days but seems to do most of his work north of the city. He did a great job with the excision and I appreciate that he's an educator in addition to a physician. I was fairly early in my diagnosis and treatment journey when I met Dr. Rindos and he taught me so much about endo and how to manage it alongside my other conditions.
Best wishes on getting your next surgery! This condition is a bear to deal with and access is tough during COVID times.

Where did the raw asparagus go? Is that not part of crudité?

The Colombian Spot is celiac friendly, but some dishes use dairy and egg. Check the menu and don't hesitate to call and ask if a particular dish does/doesn't have an ingredient.
