I've got a hedgehog, so I generally go with whoever's available. Trips are fairly infrequent.

Busboys and Poets has a great vegetarian/vegan selection. Dok Khao right next to it also has a large selection of vegetarian (maybe vegan? not sure) Thai food.

El Sabor Chapin. It's a food truck near the Safeway in Harper's Choice. Their taco platters are $10 each and delicious.

Breweries. Between Black Flag (which hosts a game night), Sapwood Cellars, and Hysteria you've got plenty of places. They all have snacks and beer and Hysteria has a restaurant attached, but for the other two I'd check their websites for their food truck schedules.
