Also, a lot of apartment buildings here are only WIRED for Fios OR Xfinity. If you want the opposite company than what your building is wired for, the company will have to come and actually install wires, which most landlords won't do if there's already some type of internet available. We tried to get FIOS in our old apartment and just gave up because it was such a hassel trying to get the landlord and Verizon to communicate.

Our last apartment "didn't have FIOS available in the area" just because our block hadn't been wired for it yet. Even though 2 blocks away you could get FIOS.

This! My fiance got $12 for having to be at the courthouse 8 hours. It's ridiculous they think it's ok to make someone miss a day of work pay to go sit at the courthouse all day. He didn't even serve on a jury. They just kept him there in case they needed an extra person.

It depends on the hardship. My fiance had to report for jury duty and they told everyone right of the bat that lack of childcare isn't even accepted as an excuse anymore.

Honestly it's better to look at homes when it's raining so you can see obvious issues like this. We had our inspection done in the rain and luckily the basement is in good shape, but a couple gutters were obviously not.

I'm a dog walker, and a lot of the people in Greenfield will yell at you if a dog gets anywhere near their property. Like I've had people start yelling at me to stay off their yard when I'm just walking past. I actually had a lady come running out of her house in her underwear screaming that a dog I was walking peed on a bush on the edge of her property. The dog didn't pee on the bush. She called the cops and the cop pretty much told her she was being nuts. It seems like a very old-cranky-people neighborhood and doesn't seem very pet friendly. Almost every dog walker I know has had the same issue in that neighborhood.

If Pittsburgh were really covered in snow like you wish, you wouldn't have wanted to drive into the city because the city sucks at plowing. And if you did drive into the city, probably would've gotten into a wreck because 1) people here are awful drivers and 2) out of towers don't know how to drive here. Lol.

I take my dog to parks and trails all the time as well. Did you really thibk I only took my dog to department stores?? She also enjoys accompanying me other places too. I don't see how it's dumb to take your pet places they're allowed to be if they're well behaved and comfortable. If your dogs aren't comfortable in Home Depot or a pumpkin patch around a lot of people, that's fine, but don't go telling others they're dumb for doing so. My dog is perfectly comfortable in big crowds. I need to pick some spackle up at Home Depot, hell yeah I'm going to bring my dog because she would enjoy that more than being home alone. I want to get some pumpkins? Also yes, she'll come because she'll enjoy sniffing around and exploring. You have no right saying a dog doesn't belong somewhere because you think it's stupid, but then have no concrete reasons on why it's stupid. Now, if there's a dog at Home Depot being a nut, peeing on stuff, not listening, etc, then no, you shouldn't take your dog to those places. You have to use proper judgement, just like you should've taken more thought into splurting out its dumb to take dogs certain places before taking into consideration many other factors. I don't like kids in public places, but I don't go telling those parents their stupid for bringing their kid out to a restaurant.

Now that I know you have dogs, I apologize for saying I feel bad for them. I'm sure you treat them well. Keep in mind every dog and owner are different. Your responses come from an opinion you hold and just make you seem very unknowledgable about dog ownership, socialization, and stimulation.

Highly doubtful. Now that I said this you'll probably go off on how "smart" you are 🙄 Really you're just petty and have to have the last word. Especially with such an idiot response as "big brain energy". What are you 15?
