Neon station on Kinsley x Dean. There's a Dunkin & iHop up the street, or you could walk a couple blocks over to the Farm Fresh building - they've got a coffee shop, taco shop, brewery, etc all in one building. A decent place to hang out for a few hours.

Massimo does $22 "Presto!" 3-course meals, 11:30am - 3:00pm, Mon-Fri (this is a go-to for us whenever family comes to visit)
