They're cute and do exactly what they are supposed to do: make it super easy for players to differentiate each other at a quick glance when players don't have or want to go through custom skins. Anyone throwing tantrums about "wahhhh too much diversity" is dumb as hell from every viewpoint. Like sorry did y'all seriously want 9 characters that all look the same with slightly different hairstyles, thereby rendering the entire thing pointless?

My guy... I used to have that mouse years ago after a roommate gave it to me and I ADORED it until it got lost and just disappeared. I never bothered finding out what brand it was when I had it and always regretted it. Now I know what mouse it was thanks to you.
