Reply to comment by [deleted] in Sorry for the million posts! The RMV has postponed my license suspension for 60 days while they "investigate." Thanks u/SchminksMcGee for suggesting contacting the local news, it's working! And they're digging into the craziness of anyone who drives in MA for 30 days being required to dual-register. by bostonshopper
This is the issue that's being ignored in all these posts. Why is the City of Boston enabling this abusive behavior by out of state criminals at the expense of it's own residents? Every other functional city and town prohibits this thing but TPTB in Boston actively encourage it to spite us.

Commuters, Brookline residents, and student car dumpers have been using city streets for free for decades and the city won't do anything about it.

The Italian from Same Old Place in JP is solid. Real Deal has a big sandwich menu too. Cuttys has nice ones too. The food from BWH is decent.

Many people are not driving because of the deterrent effect.
They'll only be liable if they're caught and from my experience there is a good chance they never are.

It will enable more cars on the road, the opposite of what our city needs. Cars leave the scene of accidents all the time for the simple fact they think they can avoid liability. Giving out more licenses won't change that.

Have you seen the way people drive?

No it doesn't. That's fallacious logic.

They should be revoking licenses, not giving more out.
