I messaged with them and it seems to be that my LTE setting was turned off. Hopefully that is the fix! Your comment cemented that this was a me issue, which are usually fixable.

The poor mother - her son and husband passed away a decade ago, one month apart from each other. And now suffering the loss of another child. I can't imagine her heartbreak.
