Yeah I feel like they used to be better before they shook things up a few years ago. It’s still OK, but never my first choice anymore.

Welcome to central mass (yes still metro west but…it may as well be central west with the food scene).
The food in many towns around there is hit or miss…I’ve lived here for a decade and still can’t get used to it. Lots of good options when you find them, but when it’s bad, it’s bad.

Many good options in Hudson, and less than greater than is one of the best!

And no impact to insurance as far as I know. Inspection stations will place a light meter behind the windows to confirm what % tint you have if the inspector thinks it’s borderline.

Thanks for the resource!
I get it too. The communities that actually have commuter rail stops should have extra housing
But, who the hell living in Holden or Lancaster are going to drive 20 minutes, pay for parking, then take a 1.5hr train ride? Plus any connections to get to work? I live in that general area and never once have I thought it would be better to take the train than drive - and I love trains and think they’re great!
Encouraging housing where the stations are will be impactful. Adding a stop in some of these other communities would be great!

Truth be told I’ve only been in Grafton like half a dozen times but I have no clue where their MBTA stop is.

Yeah rt 20 is tough. I commuted from Maynard to Watertown via 117/20 for years, but if you go at the right time it’s fine.
The towns you named though generally are not considered metro west…hell even Weston doesn’t make the cut by the states definition (looks like it stops at Wayland). I think all those fall into suburban Boston.

Weston is too far from the city? There’s great access to 20 (to go through Waltham) and 95, and there’s a commuter rail. Where else in metro west is that close and convenient to Boston?

Yeah I’m drawing a blank on Holden being an MBTA community. The closest commuter rail is Worcester, right?
That place neighbors Boylston, Spencer, Paxton, and Worcester. There’s 0 public transit here.

There’s also at least commuter rail in Worcester too, so if OP wants to be in central-ish MA, can’t drive, and wants some nightlife and diversity, Worcester might not be a bad option.

Yeah we got a cheap-o 18k Mr.Cool system that was like…$2k and you can install it yourself. Cools and heats the 1st floor of our 2000sqft home with no issues.
Support sucks if you need it, but better than paying $10k+ for a single zone

Not a lawyer but this is an important distinction.
Is it a court ordered agreement, or merely an agreement between the two of you that was notarized?
The fact that it is notarized doesn’t necessarily make it legally enforceable. If it came from a legal authority then the story is different.
Please seek legal counsel to understand your options.

If you’re buying direct from tesla, there will be sales tax, registration, and any title fees. Shouldn’t be any bs dealer add-ons since, well, there’s no dealer.
