Thanks for the resource!

I get it too. The communities that actually have commuter rail stops should have extra housing

But, who the hell living in Holden or Lancaster are going to drive 20 minutes, pay for parking, then take a 1.5hr train ride? Plus any connections to get to work? I live in that general area and never once have I thought it would be better to take the train than drive - and I love trains and think they’re great!

Encouraging housing where the stations are will be impactful. Adding a stop in some of these other communities would be great!

Yeah rt 20 is tough. I commuted from Maynard to Watertown via 117/20 for years, but if you go at the right time it’s fine.

The towns you named though generally are not considered metro west…hell even Weston doesn’t make the cut by the states definition (looks like it stops at Wayland). I think all those fall into suburban Boston.

Not a lawyer but this is an important distinction.

Is it a court ordered agreement, or merely an agreement between the two of you that was notarized?

The fact that it is notarized doesn’t necessarily make it legally enforceable. If it came from a legal authority then the story is different.

Please seek legal counsel to understand your options.
